Important Note: Any additional items will be billed separately.

Included Services:

  • Pools are closed in their current condition (AS-IS).
  • Vacuuming is not included; please request it at the time of booking (additional $115 per hour).
  • Drain the water level to the appropriate level.
  • Clean the scum line.
  • Remove the skimmer basket, circulation equipment eyeballs, and any other necessary parts.
  • Blow out the lines, install foam rope in the skimmer, and add winterizing antifreeze to the pipes if needed.
  • Remove step ladders and grease bolts.
  • Add required closing chemicals (chemicals not included).
  • Install the winter cover and water bags (if applicable).
  • Winterize the pool pump, filter, and heater (if applicable). The salt cell and filter can be removed and placed in your preferred location upon request.
  • Arrange pool deck accessories as requested by the customer; otherwise, all deck equipment, except the ladder, will remain in place.
